Leads are important for the life of a business. It is the crucial part that completes a business. Since the emergence and adoption of social media and several online platforms as marketing tools, it has become relevant for businesses to leverage them to enhance the growth and productivity of their business. It will not matter your mode of service delivery, your value proposition,  your niche or your offer, there is a way online marketing integration can improve profitability. How then can a business attract more prospects by leveraging online marketing?

To make this process easier, we have listed for you 5  effective ways that will help you get lots of traffic without spending so much.

  1. Branding

Branding should be considered from the start of any business, but it often becomes an after-thought, coming after “making money” on the to-do list. However, strong branding can really help a business stand out and attract customers from day one. Branding includes brand image and identity (logo, layout, pattern, font, social media pages, websites etc), brand story, value proposition etc. You are in a position to create authority and brand equity when you work on pushing out a strong brand for your business.

  1. Social media

A great social media campaign will create brand awareness by putting your brand in front of the right audience. Perhaps more importantly, an effective social media strategy will create a tribe around your products, making them seem like cool and must-have experience. All of this will drive customers to your website or your point of contact. People spend more time online and do a lot of searches too which elucidate the importance of positioning your business on social media to attract these right leads.

  1. Customer service

Customer experience should be considered as an important part of business process as this serves as the interface between the business and customers. It does not only ensures that a satisfied customer will keep coming back, but they will also become a passive marketer for the business. By giving them one-to-one attention, listening to their problems and goals, communicating with them regularly, and keeping your word, your clients can ultimately become your sales force by telling others how great it was to work with you.

  1. Promotional Offer

Sales promotions are a great way for your organization to encourage potential customers to buy your product or sign up for your service. Done well, they boost short-term sales but also attract new customers, prompt positive online reviews, and lead to repeat purchases. It helps to have access to more traffic of leads and also informs on data that gives more leverage to attract leads subsequently.

  1. Email Marketing

To be able to actively interact with people on an ongoing basis, it is important to have their contact information. That is where email marketing comes in. We need to create a mechanism where we can get the email address of a prospect, usually in exchange for providing them some useful information or report in exchange for their email address. We can then email them with their permission with useful information that will help build the know, like and trust factor. Then if we make an offer to them, they are more willing to buy.
