The Dell STEM Aspire Mentorship Program aims to encourage and empower enthusiastic students studying STEM-based degrees to have rewarding careers in the technology sector.
The Dell STEM Aspire Mentorship Program is a female mentorship program connecting 2nd year college students to mentors within Dell Technologies.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Dell STEM Aspire Mentorship Program, you must:
Be studying a STEM course
Be in your second year of college studies
Be a female
What is expected from me?
Engagement with your mentor at least once a month (virtually or in person, to be decided by each mentee/mentor pair)
Participation in events run by the program, including on-site events at Dell offices (there will be 3-4 events throughout the year)
