The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with Nigerian Breweries Plc, invite application from qualified young Nigerians of sound character and learning potential to undertake an intensive 9-month training programme on Technical Skills Development in the fields of Mechanical/Automation Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Assurance and Logistics & Distribution.

OBJECTIVES 

• To train and equip youths with employable technical & science skills

• To promote a Public – Private Sector Model in Vocational / Technical Skills Training and contribute to capacity development of our countryTHE PROGRAMME 

Successful candidates will enjoy free tuition and lunch. The programme is non-residential, with training at the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc located in Ibadan and attachment in any of our Brewery Locations in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode and Kaduna.  Trainees will not be entitled to a salary during the period of training. They will only be entitled to a monthly stipend.

This programme does not confer Nigerian Breweries employee status on the trainees.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

Candidate must possess the following qualification among others:

• Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry

• Higher National Diploma of the following (For Mechatronics – Packaging, Brewing & Utilities Operations and Corrective Maintenance): Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Physics, Instrument Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a minimum of Lower credit from recognized and accredited institutions.

• National Diploma in any of the following (For Quality and Logistics Operations): Chemical Engineering, Biological and Physical Sciences, Food Science Tech, Laboratory Science, Applied Physics with a minimum of Lower credit from recognized and accredited institutions.

• Graduated not earlier than 2022. • Must have completed NYSC as at time of this advertisement.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Candidates will arrange their transportation, accommodation and feeding during the selection process. They will be required to present the originals of their credentials for scrutiny at the screening.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Nigerian Breweries Plc will not process any application not received through the recruitment platform as shared on its website and official social media pages. Nigerian Breweries Plc will never request money to support this application or any job application
