Position: Market Research / Customer Success Intern

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, market intelligence, and operational support within a structured financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with client servicing documentation
Support client onboarding and maintain accurate client records and databases
Help prepare investment certificates and distribute communications to clients
Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes by organizing and verifying documentation
Collect and organize client feedback to support service improvement initiatives
Conduct desk research on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Compile data and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
Support the design of dashboards, slide decks, and visual data presentations
Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to improving customer experience
Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., client services, investment operations, or research)
Basic understanding of market research, investment products, or customer service principles
