Collaborate Lagos: Bridging Innovation with Opportunity for Sustainable Growth
Share

The Collaborate Lagos initiative is back — bigger and bolder — at Art of Technology Lagos 7.0 (AOT 7.0), with a mission to bridge innovation with opportunity and scale high-impact startups across Africa’s leading tech hub.

The 2025 edition features a l₦25 million prize pool, offering founders access to funding, mentorship, investor networks, and ecosystem visibility. Beyond the competition, Collaborate Lagos aims to empower entrepreneurs solving real-world challenges across key impact sectors that align with Lagos’s sustainable growth vision.

Why It Matters

More than just a startup pitch competition, Collaborate Lagos is an innovation ecosystem designed to connect founders with capital, collaborators, and capacity-building resources. It recognizes that growth requires more than funding—it thrives on partnerships, access to markets, and shared learning.

By bringing together startups, investors, government agencies, development partners, and corporates, the platform provides fertile ground for transformative ventures to scale and sustain their impact.

Focus Sectors for 2025

Participating startups must be driving change within at least one of these key sectors:

* AgriTech– Smart farming and aquaculture innovations to enhance food security.

* HealthTech – Solutions improving healthcare access and delivery, from digital health to biotech.

* Sustainable Mobility– Innovations in green transport systems, EVs, and smart urban mobility.

* EdTech– Transforming learning experiences through immersive and digital technologies.

* GreenTech & Clean Energy– Accelerating renewable energy adoption and carbon reduction solutions.

What Selected Startups Will Gain

* Access to Funding: Compete for a share of the ₦25 million prize pool.

* Market Visibility: Showcase at Lagos’s largest tech and innovation event.

* Collaborative Networks: Connect with investors, corporates, and policymakers.

* Mentorship & Capacity Building: Learn from industry experts through workshops and one-on-one guidance.
