YandyTech Innovation Fund, Empowering Women in Tech Entrepreneurship

The YandyTech Innovation Fund (YIF) 2025 supports women-led startups and SMEs using technology to drive innovation, inclusion, and community impact. It offers funding, mentorship, incubation, and visibility for young female entrepreneurs shaping Africa’s digital economy.

About the Initiative

The YandyTech Innovation Fund is a flagship program by YandyTech, aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs who are leveraging technology or plan to adopt tech solutions to enhance business productivity, scale operations, and solve pressing community or industry challenges.

Who Can Apply

  • Women entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35
  • Founders or co-founders of startups or SMEs Businesses already using or planning to use technology for growth
  • Innovators with scalable ideas that address community or industry challenges

Awards and Benefits 

First Place: ₦500,000

Second Place: ₦300,000

Third Place: ₦200,000

In addition to the cash prizes, top participants will benefit from a 6-month incubation program that offers:

  • One-on-one mentorship with seasoned entrepreneurs and tech experts
  • Specialized training in business and digital skills
  • Access to investor networks and funding opportunities
  • Media visibility and promotional support

How to Apply

1. Create a 1-minute video explaining how you currently use or plan to use technology to grow your business.

2. Post the video on your social media platforms with these hashtags: #YTCInnovationFund25, #YandyTech, #YTCFest, and #YTCommunityFest

3. Tag the following accounts in your post: @YTCommunityFest, @YandyTech, @SolutionLab, and @OfficialDWELab

4. Complete your submission via the official Google Form

Devices Applicants Must Use

Applicants must use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access to:

  • Record and upload their 1-minute video
  • Post on social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or Facebook)
  • Fill out and submit the Google Form
