Foundation, Firm Launch Modern Workspace Hub in Abuja to Support Startups and Entrepreneurs
Share

A strategic partnership between a leading foundation and Logitech Integrated Limited has culminated in the launch of a modern, fully serviced workspace hub in Jabi, Abuja, aimed at supporting startups, entrepreneurs, and fast-growing businesses across the Federal Capital Territory.

The new hub, located near Jabi Lake Mall, is part of Regus’ nationwide expansion under IWG Nigeria, which seeks to provide flexible, tech-enabled workspaces that cater to the evolving needs of businesses in Nigeria’s rapidly growing economy. The facility boasts twin duplex offices, rooftop views, private parking, and a range of customizable workspaces designed to accommodate small teams, individual entrepreneurs, and larger corporate clients.

Speaking at the launch, Ayo Akinmade, Country Manager of IWG Nigeria, highlighted the significance of the Jabi hub in fostering entrepreneurship. “Jabi has long been identified as a key commercial area for expansion. By the first quarter of 2026, we expect to open this hub to customers and partners, giving them access to modern office solutions that are both scalable and affordable,” he said. He added that Regus plans to operate 70 fully functional centres across Nigeria within the next five years, reinforcing its commitment to empowering Nigeria’s next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

The hub is designed to provide more than just office space. Tenants will have access to networking opportunities, mentorship sessions, and community events that encourage collaboration and innovation. Entrepreneurs can leverage the hub to test ideas, connect with investors, and scale their operations efficiently, all under one roof.

Representing Logitech Integrated Limited, Sylvester Egweni explained that the collaboration was built on IWG-Regus’ strong global reputation for reliable, high-quality workspaces. “We decided to partner with IWG based on their proven track record internationally. We look forward to a productive relationship and to seeing how this hub transforms Abuja’s entrepreneurial ecosystem,” he said.

Industry observers note that Nigeria’s startup ecosystem faces challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, high operating costs, and limited access to flexible office spaces. Initiatives like the Jabi hub aim to address these gaps, enabling entrepreneurs to focus on innovation, growth, and competitiveness without being hindered by logistical constraints.

The launch of the Jabi workspace hub signals a new era of support for Nigerian startups, bridging the gap between entrepreneurial ambition and access to modern, affordable, and scalable office infrastructure. By combining world-class facilities with mentorship, networking, and business development resources, the partnership is poised to strengthen Abuja’s innovation landscape and contribute to the country’s broader economic development goals.
