Call For Applications: Interswitch Developers Program 2025 For Nigerians
Share

The Interswitch Developer Program 2025 is now open, offering young professionals a strong opportunity to grow into skilled, industry-ready developers. As part of the Interswitch Skillbase Academy, the programme is designed to bridge the gap between basic knowledge and real technical competence. Over the next three years, Interswitch aims to train between five thousand and ten thousand world-class professionals, and this year’s cohort is the gateway for anyone eager to build a solid career foundation in tech. The nine-month learning experience focuses on practical training in areas such as backend engineering, frontend engineering, mobile development, DevOps, and quality assurance, making it a valuable starting point for early-career talents with zero to two years of experience.

Why It Matters

This opportunity matters because it gives young professionals the structure, resources and exposure they often struggle to access on their own. Instead of learning in isolation, participants engage with real engineering practices, industry mentors, and a system designed to build confidence and competence at the same time. For the African tech ecosystem, it strengthens the pipeline of skilled talent, which directly influences the quality of products, the growth of startups and the overall competitiveness of local developers.

Specialty Areas
• Backend Engineering
• Frontend Engineering
• QA Engineering
• DevOps Engineering
• Mobile Engineering

Program Track
