Call For Applications: NWTF 2026 Grant For Women-Led Projects in Africa

Women-led initiatives across Africa now have a timely opportunity to secure funding and scale their impact through the NWTF 2026 Grant, a targeted program designed to empower women innovators, social change leaders, and entrepreneurs. The initiative will run from January to April 2026, offering financial support and capacity-building opportunities to strengthen women-driven development projects.

If you are a woman championing a community project, nonprofit initiative, or enterprise-focused solution, this grant is created to help you grow, sustain, and expand your work.

What the NWTF 2026 Grant Offers

Successful applicants will receive:

  • Funding support for project implementation
  • Four months of structured guidance and supervision
  • Access to proposal templates, frameworks, and reporting tools
  • Capacity strengthening for women-led impact-driven initiatives
  • Visibility and recognition within the wider development ecosystem

The programme is ideal for women seeking to drive positive social, economic, or community transformation.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Lead or co-lead a women-focused or women-led project
  • Be able to commit to the full project period (January–April 2026)
  • Demonstrate a clear problem, solution, and measurable impact
  • Submit all required documents using the official templates
  • Ensure complete applications are sent before the deadline

Application Deadline

December 12, 2025
Late submissions will not be considered.

  2. Complete every document carefully following the instructions provided.

Women continue to drive grassroots development and innovation across Africa, yet many still face barriers to funding and institutional support. The NWTF 2026 Grant helps bridge this gap by offering targeted financing for women-led solutions, ensuring more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable development outcomes.
