Call For Applications: Dory Foundation Grant for NGOs ( Up To $2 million in Funding)
Share

The Dory Foundation has announced a global call for applications to support young innovators and fast-growing non-profit organizations. With a mission to make starting a charity as exciting and achievable as launching a startup, the foundation is helping young visionaries turn their ideas into high-impact solutions. Many charities struggle not because of a lack of passion, but due to insufficient funding, and this initiative seeks to remove that barrier.

The foundation plans to distribute up to $2 million in funding, supporting new charities, individual project builders, and existing non-profit organizations looking to scale. The program is targeted at young people and mission-driven organizations developing bold solutions in any social impact area.

Why This Matters
Young innovators often have transformative ideas but lack early capital to bring them to life. The Dory Foundation is bridging this gap, making philanthropy more accessible and enabling youth-led social projects to thrive. This grant not only provides funding but also creates a pipeline for ambitious charities to scale and gain further support.

About the Opportunity
Dory Foundation is offering three grant categories tailored to different stages of impact work. Whether you are an individual under 25 with a powerful idea, someone trying to start a charity but held back by financial constraints, or an existing non-profit ready to expand, this funding window provides flexible support to help you grow.

Grant Categories
Seed Grants
Designed for individuals planning to start a charity but currently depending on day-to-day jobs for survival. These grants are small and easy to apply for, helping innovators get started quickly.

Normal Charity Grants
Funding ranging between $10,000 and $250,000 for established charities carrying out impactful work and seeking support for expansion, sustainability, or new projects.

Individual Project Grants
For individuals under 25 developing unique, meaningful projects but lack personal funding to push forward. Ideal for early project creators with a clear focus and ambition.

Beyond funding, grantees will receive access to a network of funders, mentorship support, and connections that can accelerate their growth.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following conditions:
• Must be under 25 years old
• Must be running or planning a non-profit organization or personal social-impact project
• Early-stage initiatives are welcome, provided there is a clear pathway to positive impact
• Open to applicants globally, no regional restrictions
