Leadway Launches Media Dash 3.0 with Lifestyle Fair to Boost Visibility for Young SMEs
Share

Leadway, one of Nigeria’s leading non-banking financial services and wellbeing providers, has unveiled Media Dash 3.0, introducing the first-ever Leadway Lifestyle Fair, a platform aimed at giving young Nigerian SMEs a more robust stage to showcase their brands, connect with target audiences, and enhance their market visibility.

The two-day event is scheduled to hold from Saturday, 27th December to Sunday, 28th December at L’eola Hotel, Maryland, Lagos. Visitors can expect a dynamic programme including brand showcases, vendor exhibitions, SME spotlights, live music, interactive youth engagements, and a dedicated kiddies’ corner, making it a family-friendly experience.

Media Dash, a flagship initiative of Leadway, has consistently supported young entrepreneurs by offering free access to its advertising assets and media slots, allowing SMEs to promote their brands to a wider audience without the usual marketing costs. Past editions have empowered youth-led businesses by providing nationwide exposure through digital and offline channels, enabling them to increase engagement and expand their customer base.

Media Dash 3.0, however, takes the initiative a step further. The newly introduced Leadway Lifestyle Fair aims to create a physical space for entrepreneurs to connect with potential customers, investors, and partners while experiencing direct brand interaction. Olusakin Labeodan, CEO of Leadway Pensure PFA, highlighted the strategic purpose of the initiative, saying, “Media Dash aligns with our commitment to supporting Nigerian SMEs. With the Lifestyle Fair, small businesses now have a tangible platform to showcase their products, build their networks, and boost visibility, all at no cost. Our ecosystem is designed to provide support and succour to businesses and individuals, and this initiative reinforces that mission.”

Participating SMEs will enjoy free exhibition space to display and sell their products, with opportunities to engage directly with a wider, more targeted audience. Entrepreneurs interested in participating can apply through Leadway Holdings’ Instagram page by Monday, 15th December 2025.

The event also promises an immersive lifestyle experience that goes beyond business. Attendees will enjoy live entertainment, food experiences, and interactive sessions that encourage networking and collaboration, further bridging the gap between SMEs and their markets. The inclusion of a kiddies’ corner ensures that the event remains accessible and enjoyable for families, encouraging community participation.

Leadway’s continued support of young businesses reflects its broader commitment as a financial services group with expertise in insurance, pensions, asset management, trusteeship, and investment solutions. By creating platforms like Media Dash and the Lifestyle Fair, Leadway positions itself not just as a financial service provider but as a strategic partner in the growth and development of Nigeria’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

With Media Dash 3.0, Leadway aims to provide more than exposure—it seeks to create meaningful interactions that drive business growth, foster collaboration, and strengthen the country’s SME sector, demonstrating that strategic support and innovation can empower the next generation of Nigerian entrepreneurs.
