Nestlé Nigeria Plc has officially announced the opening of applications for its 2026 SIWES / Industrial Training (IT) Programme, providing Nigerian students with the opportunity to gain practical industry experience within one of Africa’s leading multinational companies.

Program Details

The Nestlé Nigeria SIWES / IT Programme is structured to provide selected students with real-world exposure to professional work environments while developing practical, industry-relevant skills aligned with their field of study. Participants will work under close professional supervision and gain first-hand insight into Nestlé’s operations across various departments, helping them bridge the gap between academic knowledge and workplace application.

The programme supports students in building competence, confidence, and professional discipline required for future career success.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Nestlé Nigeria SIWES / IT Programme 2026, applicants must:

  • Be a Nigerian student enrolled in a recognised tertiary institution
  • Be studying a course that requires SIWES or Industrial Training
  • Possess an official SIWES / IT application letter from their institution
  • Be available for the entire duration of the industrial training programme
  • Meet Nestlé Nigeria’s academic and suitability requirements

Selection Process

According to Nestlé Nigeria, the selection process involves the following stages:

  • Submission of SIWES / IT application letters
  • Completion of an online aptitude test
  • Shortlisting of candidates who meet the cut-off score
  • Compatibility and suitability assessment based on course of study
  • Pre-engagement medical evaluation
  • Final communication to successful candidates for placement

Only applicants who successfully pass all stages of the process will be offered placement.

Important Deadline

  • Application Deadline: December 26, 2025

Applicants are strongly advised to apply early, as late applications may not be considered.
