Program Overview

The Egbin PowerUp Internship Experience is part of Egbin Power Plc’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of professionals in the energy sector. As a recognised hub of technical expertise and industrial best practices, Egbin Power offers interns a real-world training environment, enabling them to develop practical skills that enhance employability.

This programme is closely aligned with the Students’ Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES), ensuring that academic requirements and industry expectations come together for meaningful professional exposure.

Who Can Apply (Eligibility)

This opportunity is open to Nigerian students who meet the following criteria:

✔ Currently enrolled in a tertiary institution (university, polytechnic, college of education)
✔ Must be participating in SIWES (verified by institution)
✔ Demonstrate interest in gaining industrial work experience
✔ Exhibit professionalism and willingness to learn in a structured workplace
✔ Able to commit to the internship duration as required by Egbin Power
