Air Peace has rolled out a new boarding procedure aimed at improving orderliness and reducing congestion during passenger boarding. The updated process prioritises military personnel, passengers with special needs, and business class travellers.
According to the airlines spokesperson, Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, the initiative is part of a broader strategy to enhance the overall travel experience. “This new arrangement is designed to ensure a more seamless, convenient, and professional journey for all passengers,” he said.
Chairman and CEO of Air Peace, Dr. Allen Onyema, said the boarding update reflects the airline’s commitment to inclusivity and service excellence. “By honouring military personnel and assisting passengers with mobility needs first, we’re reinforcing our values of respect and accessibility,” he stated.
Business class passengers will also benefit from expedited boarding, reinforcing the premium experience they expect. Onyema explained that the airline is working toward a refreshed service culture that prioritises efficiency, comfort, and professionalism at every stage of the journey—from check-in to landing.
“This development is just one of many enhancements we’re implementing as we raise our standards and redefine what it means to fly with Air Peace,” Onyema added.
