Bolt Launches Driver Partner Rewards Program
Share

E-hailing platform Bolt has introduced a driver-partner rewards program to acknowledge and reward exceptional ride-hailing experiences provided by drivers. The program automatically enrolls drivers and rewards them based on the number of completed rides over one month, with four tiers of rewards: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.

Driver-partners will receive incentives and discounts, including fuel and insurance discounts, to help manage costs. Bolt’s Country Manager, Yahaya Mohammed, emphasized the importance of happy drivers in ensuring a positive experience for riders and highlighted the company’s commitment to upgrading the driver app to support and reward the driver-partner community.

In addition to the rewards program, Bolt has implemented app upgrades aimed at enhancing the ride-hailing experience for both drivers and riders. These upgrades include a new driver compliments feature to recognize exceptional service and incentives to offer flexible earning opportunities for driver-partners.
