Call For Applications: AgriSETA  Skills Planning & Research Internships 2026

AgriSETA is offering five internship opportunities for 2026 within its Skills Planning and Research Division, giving qualified youth a chance to gain hands-on experience in data work, reporting and administrative support in the agricultural sector. The twenty-four–month programme is structured for graduates who are detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable working with data, especially those hoping to build a career within a SETA environment while contributing to national skills development efforts.

Eligibility Requirements
• N6, National Diploma or an equivalent qualification in Office Administration, Office Management, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High accuracy, strong administrative ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team

Internship Purpose
• Support the Skills Planning and Research Division with data capturing, reporting, and administrative duties
• Assist with data verification, database updates, and documentation
• Provide support in research-related tasks and divisional processes

Key Responsibilities
• Capture and maintain AgriSETA data and records
• Implement quality checks and prepare weekly and quarterly reports
• Compile datasets and support internal reporting requirements
• Assist with administrative tasks and office support
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the Assistant Manager

Programme Benefits
• A 24-month fixed internship contract
