The Africa Social Impact Summit is a Convening for Regional Inclusive Development Conversations that will provide an opportunity for the private sector and impact investors organized by the Sterling One Foundation and the United Nations Global Compact.

The summit will enable impact investors to design market-led solutions and accelerate impact investment into Africa to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 with a focus on Climate Solutions, Circular Economy, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Education, Health, and WASH.

It is a call for effective collaboration by all players in Africa’s development sector including government, civil society organizations, the private sector, and the development community to ensure an all-inclusive approach to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a “blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all”.

This decade’s transition is the largest investment opportunity in history and our renewed desire for a better future for African impact will only be achieved if private businesses and government parastatals embrace the opportunity and lead social impact actions across the continent backed by the required sustainable investments and enabling policies. It is time we move beyond setting goals to enacting and executing strategies that deliver the results of change and progress.

The second edition of the Africa Social Impact Summit (ASIS) will convene 2,000+ business, policy, investment, and sustainability leaders, to share new strategies and solutions on how businesses can innovate, invest and collaborate with government and civil society to lead a new economic future for the continent.

In partnership with the African Venture Philanthropy Alliance (AVPA), Impact Summit is excited to present you with this unique opportunity to share your innovative business solution tackling any of Africa’s biggest challenges with a select set of impact investors, with a view to exploring strategic collaborations and potentially close deals.
