Applications are now open for the Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program 2026, a highly competitive global leadership development initiative designed to groom exceptional young graduates into future leaders within the Coca-Cola system.

The program offers a unique opportunity for high-potential talents to gain hands-on leadership experience, international exposure, and structured mentorship while working across Coca-Cola operations in up to 29 countries. It is targeted at ambitious Gen Z candidates, including Nigerians based locally or abroad, who are eager to grow quickly and build long-term leadership careers in a multinational environment.

About the Program

The Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program blends practical, on-the-job learning with formal leadership training and close mentorship from senior leaders at Coca-Cola HBC. Participants are immersed in real business environments and assigned complex strategic projects that stretch their problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.

The program focuses on developing future leaders within key business areas, particularly Commercial and Supply Chain functions, while exposing trainees to diverse markets, cultures, and operational systems across the Coca-Cola global network.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program, applicants must:

• Hold a university degree or be able to commit full-time to the program while studying
• Have up to three years of formal work experience after graduation
• Demonstrate early leadership experience through work, student leadership, NGOs, sports, entrepreneurship, or similar engagements
• Show a strong interest in leadership development within Commercial or Supply Chain functions
• Possess clear professional and leadership ambitions supported by relevant trainings, seminars, or workshops
• Be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be willing to relocate internationally if required

Additional advantages include participation in extracurricular or volunteer activities and prior experience living in more than one country.
