Call For Applications: Dell STEM Aspire – Female Mentoring Program 2025

The STEM Aspire is a female mentorship program connecting students to mentors within Dell Technologies. Its aim is to encourage and empower enthusiastic female students to have rewarding careers in the technology sector.

Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build their digital future and transform how they work, live and play. The company provides customers with the industry’s broadest and most innovative technology and services portfolio for the data era.

Eligibility

  • Open to a female studying a STEM degree or STEM related course or business-related course. ​
  • HBO 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or University Bachelor 2nd, 3rd year or University Master 1st or 2nd year. ​
  • ​Dutch speaking – professional language skills or native.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work with a mentor and engage in frequent 1-to-1 meetings whereby you can further enhance your understanding of the IT industry and gain insight into your mentor’s career/role and work on your own career aspirations.  ​
  • Acquire an understanding of careers in Dell Technologies.  ​
  • Opportunity to meet and network in Dell Technologies and fellow mentees.  ​
  • Preparation for graduate applications.
