Facilitating Impact and Transformation Advisory Africa LTD (F.I.T Africa) is a leading impact advisory organization dedicated to catalyzing positive change across the continent. In their quest to transform Africa, they work alongside private, public, and third-sector partners globally to develop transformational leadership Talents, Insights, Programs, and Strategies (TIPS).

No one day is the same – a typical day as a Program Analyst at F.I.T. Africa is dynamic and rewarding. For example, you will be assigned a client and will be required to manage the clients project delivery. This will include but not limited to: brainstorming innovative solutions, conducting research, preparing reports, designing training slides, and crafting proposals. You will champion and own your projects, but also collaborate with other team members to deliver excellent output on time.

Despite the workload, F.I.T. Advisory Africa fosters a fun and supportive work environment where collaboration thrives and innovation flourishes.

Responsibilities

As a Program Analyst at F.I.T. Africa, you will be an integral part of their dynamic team, supporting their mission to facilitate the transformation of individuals, organizations, and nations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with program management and monitoring and evaluation efforts alongside our partners.
  • Working on a variety of projects within our practice pillars, including Leadership and Talent Development, Strategy & Organisational Development, Program Design & Delivery Support, Youth Development Practice, and Insight and Research.
  • Crafting compelling business proposals and technical proposals for our diverse clientele.
  • Collaborating with a team of analysts and consultants to prepare detailed reports, concept notes, policy documents, curriculum, and insightful presentations.
  • Executing business development initiatives and contributing to proposal development.
  • Providing analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Providing content for thought leadership blogs and platforms.
  • Working closely with our partners to ensure the successful execution of their initiatives, including program design, project delivery,  technical review, and strategy implementation.
  • Support the general functioning and growth of the organizations through administrative tasks.
  • Training design and delivery where required.
  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis on social impact initiatives, including youth development in Nigeria.

Eligibility

  • Have a bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any field.
  • 1.5 years and above work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working within the social-sector or private sector CSR  is an advantage. This can be student-led efforts.
  • Passionate about solving social problems.
