The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially reopened the registration portal for the 2025 Youth Economic Intervention and De-Radicalization Programme (YEIDEP)— a nationwide initiative designed to empower young Nigerians through entrepreneurship, training, and access to business financing.
With grants ranging from ₦50,000 to ₦500,000, the YEIDEP program aims to help youth transition from job seekers to job creators, contributing meaningfully to economic growth, nation-building, and national security.
The Youth Economic Intervention and De-Radicalization Programme (YEIDEP) is a pro-youth economic empowerment initiative that provides access to funding, training, and mentorship to strengthen youth participation in Nigeria’s economy.
Through targeted entrepreneurship support, YEIDEP seeks to reduce unemployment, alleviate household poverty, and equip Nigerian youths with the tools to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute to peace and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025 YEIDEP grant, applicants must:
Be a citizen of Nigeria
Be between 18 and 35 years old
Possess a valid NIN and BVN
Have an account with Lotus Bank, Keystone Bank, or Fidelity Bank
Show interest in or already operate within one of the approved business sectors
Be willing to participate in the training and mentorship sessions
