Why You Can’t Afford to Miss Pitching at GEF?

Are you an early-stage entrepreneur or start-up ready to take your dream to a global stage? Are you ready to get the funds you need to propel your dream to a higher level? This is your golden chance to transform your vision into reality. Pitch your innovative idea at the Global Entrepreneurship Festival Competition and showcase your innovative solutions to a panel of world-renowned audience of over 100 business leaders, investors and industry leaders.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Global Entrepreneurs Festival Pitch Competition, participants must:

  1. Be early-stage entrepreneurs.
  2. Intend to export their products or services internationally.
  3. Have been operating their business for less than two(2) years.
  4. Ensure only one representative pitches in person and during finals.

Please note these additional eligibility details:

  • Submissions may be entered as individuals or teams, however, the maximum number of team members for a single pitch is limited to one person.
  • A company may only submit one pitch to be considered for adjudication.
  • For the Grand Finale, only one representative of the company may pitch to the panel of judges or answer questions from the judges. For in-person pitches, the person who pitches at a semi-final stage must be the person that pitches at the Grand Finale.

Stages of Application

1. Submit Your Application

Interested entrepreneurs will need to complete the pitch application.

2. Screening

Applications are reviewed to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.

3. Demo Pitch Presentation

Create a 2-3 minute video presenting your best business pitch.

4. Pitching

Applicants will pitch their business/ ideas to a panel of judges at the Global Entrepreneurs Festival.

5. Final Pitching

Finalists pitch their ideas to VCs and angel investors in the deal rooms.

6. Prize and Award Presentation

Winners will be announced and their prizes presented live on stage at our prestigious Global Entrepreneurship Festival.
