The MYCP Igniting Impact Micro-Grants Programme supports youth-led initiatives addressing global challenges including gender justice, climate mobility, health, and human trafficking. Grants are open to nonprofits, CICs, or active unregistered groups led by youth (under 30) and directly benefiting displaced persons.

The Migration Youth & Children Platform (MYCP) serves as a leading global mechanism for young people’s engagement in migration-related policymaking within the United Nations system and beyond.

As a youth-led organization, MYCP creates opportunities and platforms for youth to actively contribute to the design, development, evaluation, and monitoring of migration policies. It plays a key role in migration governance processes across national, regional, and international levels, spanning all continents.

MYCP’s core focus areas include policy advocacy, youth action, and capacity building on migration and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The organization also prioritizes engagement with the Global Compact for Migration and the Global Forum for Migration and Development.

Eligible Activities:

Grassroots advocacy & digital campaigns

Legal aid, mentorship, and integration support for displaced persons

Climate adaptation hubs & sustainable job training

Trauma-informed health spaces for women & girls

Storytelling and public awareness campaigns

Team well-being & mental health initiatives

Note: Priority is given to existing projects with small funding gaps. Applications must be in English and completed fully. AI-generated entries are discouraged.

Eligibility Criteria

Led by youth under 30

Project targets/operates in eligible regions

Focuses on displaced persons

Community-driven, realistic, and impactful

Able to receive funds in Euros and submit basic reporting

Eligible Countries

Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, South West Asia & North Africa (MENA), Asia-Pacific

Deadline: April 30,2025
