The NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative offers a fully funded technical, vocational, and digital training program, ₦30,000 monthly stipend, certificate of completion, and starter packs for selected applicants.

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has kick-start a strategic Renewed Hope Employment Initiative to realign its operations with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda. This effort seeks to strengthen the agency’s role in combating poverty by providing sustainable employment opportunities for Nigerians.

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) is mandated to design and implement programmes to combat mass unemployment, articulate policies aimed at developing work programmes.

The NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 2 is an initiative of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) aimed at providing unemployed Nigerians with hands-on skills to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Be a Nigerian

Be between 18 and 45 year

Be ready to learn, work, or build a business

Eligible Individuals include;

Unemployed Youths & School Leavers

Graduates

Artisans & Informal Workers

Women

Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)

Farmers & Rural Dwellers

Middle-Aged & Retirees

Interns & Apprentices

Small Business Owners

Benefits

The benefits of the National Directorate of Employment NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative 2025 include;

Fully funded Training: All training fees covered directly by NDE training fund.

₦30,000 Monthly Stipend to help cover your learning expenses

NDE Certificate of Completion

Starter packs upon training completion to begin your business

Access to low-interest business loans to support your start-up expenses

Vocational Skills Development (VSD)

Small Scale Enterprises (SSE)

Rural Employment Promotion (REP)

Special Public Work (SPW)
