Call For Applications: NIPES Daniel Ejike Scholarship 2025 (Up to N2 Million Awards)

The National Institute of Professional Engineers and Scientists (NIPES), in partnership with the Dr. Daniel Ejike Ewim Foundation, is proud to announce its ₦2,000,000 Scholarship Program for aspiring engineers, scientists, medical doctors, pharmacists, and students pursuing related fields of study.

As an organization, NIPES is committed to fostering young talents and promoting inclusivity in the fields of engineering and science globally.

The NIPES Scholarship has been organized to foster inclusivity and collaboration, and knowledge sharing between the body and young people. Apply now and enjoy this cash award!

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the NIPES Daniel Ejike Ewim Scholarship, you must:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited higher institution.
  • Be Studying science or engineering-related courses.
  • Be students in 100-level and above.
  • Mandatory: Applicants must complete at least one free NIPES online course and explain the skills learned in their personal statement.
  • Note that students who are members of NIPES will be given priority consideration for the scholarship. Non-members are encouraged to join NIPES as soon as possible.
  • As part of the application process, you are required to enroll in and complete one of NIPES’s free online courses. These courses are designed to develop practical skills and creative thinking.
  • Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you must reference in your personal statement.

Benefits 

The NIPES Engineering and Science Scholarship will award a sum of ₦2m for five selected candidates to be distributed at a rate of ₦200,000 each.

To apply, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents;

  • Complete Application Form
  • Academic Transcripts
  • Personal Statement – Your personal statement should cover:
    • Your background and educational journey.
    • Your passion for engineering, science or related fields.
    • Academic and extracurricular achievements.
    • Challenges you’ve overcome.
    • Career goals and alignment with NIPES’s mission.
    • Skills gained from the NIPES course: Describe the skills you learned from the free NIPES courses and how they contribute to your academic or career development.
  • Admission Letter
  • Student ID
