Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the NIPES Daniel Ejike Ewim Scholarship, you must:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited higher institution.
Be Studying science or engineering-related courses.
Be students in 100-level and above.
Mandatory: Applicants must complete at least one free NIPES online course and explain the skills learned in their personal statement.
Note that students who are members of NIPES will be given priority consideration for the scholarship. Non-members are encouraged to join NIPES as soon as possible.
As part of the application process, you are required to enroll in and complete one of NIPES’s free online courses. These courses are designed to develop practical skills and creative thinking.
Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you must reference in your personal statement.
Benefits
The NIPES Engineering and Science Scholarship will award a sum of ₦2m for five selected candidates to be distributed at a rate of ₦200,000 each.
