Call For Applications: Ruth Titilayo Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 (up to N100,000)

Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation is pleased to offer a scholarship, awarded to successful applicants who are currently studying in a Federal University within Nigeria. The grant may cover all your expenses or just make a small but useful contribution.

The Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation believes that a sound education is the way to make bright futures possible, and to break the cycle of poverty. They will achieve this vision by continuing to support the right people and removing the financial barriers that stand between them and their access to a world-class education.

Scholarship

The grant consists of:

• tuition allowance up to N100,000
• maintenance allowance up to N15,000
• Further allowances – for example internal travel costs associated with the course of study or research and fieldwork expenses – are paid at the discretion of the committee.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet all of these criteria:

• Must be domiciled in Nigeria.
• Must be under the age of 25.
• Be a student at the time of application or have been registered as a student within the last three years.
• Have obtained a minimum GPA of 4.0 in a 5-point system (or equivalent GPA if not based on a 5-point scale).

Final-year undergraduates are also eligible for the Ruth Titilayo Foundation Undergraduate scholarship.

Evaluation Criteria

Candidates will be assessed:

• on academic merit.
• based on the information provided in your scholarship application.

Application Process

You will also need to submit a personal statement, current school result, and two written references from the tutors listed in your application form. You will be shortlisted based on providing the above and any other relevant information.

If you are shortlisted, you will be invited for an online interview where you will be asked a series of competency-based questions related to your current year group.
