The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects an 11% growth in tech occupations from 2019 to 2029, much faster than average. This growth is driven by digital transformation across industries, emphasising the need for tech skills to secure future career success.
The TechBridge Program is designed to equip youth with the skills needed to start and grow a fulfilling tech career. The program prepares you for a rewarding career in Design (Graphics & Product Design), Digital Marketing, Product Management, or Front-end Web Development. Each course module is well-curated to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to start, switch, or grow your career in these fields.
About the TechBridge Program
The TechBridge Program aims to equip Lagos and Port Harcourt residents with skills in any of the following courses: Design (Graphic Product Design), Digital Marketing, Product Management and Front-end Web Development (Javascript, CSS, HTML), as well as workplace and life skills while also creating the exposure that is needed to launch a career and earn in the tech sector and beyond.
The TechBridge Program, funded by the World Bank in partnership with Federal Ministry of Education and the National Board for Technical education through the IDEAS project is implemented by NerdzFactory Company (Lagos State) and Olotu Square (Port Harcourt, Rivers State).

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be a resident of Lagos and Port Harcourt with NIN.
- Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Applicants must commit to being available for the entire training and post training activities (certification, internship placements and mentorship).
- Applicants should have completed at least secondary education.
