Call For Applications: TotalEnergies OML 58 Scholarship (Obagi HCDT) For Nigerians

The TotalEnergies OML 58 Scholarship is one of the corporate social responsibilities of TotalEnergies Nigeria as an oil and gas exploration company to Nigerians.

The TotalEnergies OML Scholarship covers the full tuition and comprehensive living allowances of selected candidates till the end of their studies provided they demonstrate academic excellence.

The TotalEnergies OML 58 Scholarship seeks to support students from host commnunities in their quest for educational excellence.

It contains five fields: Erema, Olo, Ubeta, Obagi (the oldest field in the JV and one of the largest in Nigeria) and the Ibewa gas/condensate field.

The OML 58 is located onshore in Rivers States, approximately 85 kilometers North West of Port Harcourt and the upgrade projects were designed to improve oil recovery, boost gas supply for industrial and domestic use and increase deliveries to the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) while meeting the Federal Government’s Gas flare out policy.

Eligibility

To be considered, you must:

  • be Nigerian
  • be enrolled in an accredited Nigerian public tertiary institution
  • hail from one of the OML 58 host communities; (Egi, Igburu, Ekeye, Rumuekpe)
  • submit the complete application before the deadline.

  • Complete Application Form
  • Academic Transcripts
  • Passport photograph
  • Birth or Age Declaration Certificate
  • Recommendation Letter
  • Certificate of Indigeneship
