Call For Applications: TotalEnergies Young Talent Trainee Program 2025 For Africans

TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program is an opportunity for young people to discover working life through a genuine hands-on professional experience while benefiting from international exposure just after graduating from university.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the TotalEnergies Young Talent Trainee Program, you must meet the following requirements:

Qualification:

  • Matric Plus
  • B/Btech degree in the following Engineering areas: Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical and geographically mobile.
  • B/Btech degree Finance disciplines /Accounting Technician NQ5 qualification

Skills:

  • Work experience of 0-5 years
  • Strong academic record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Analytical Thinking

  • Trainees participate in a 24-month rotational program that spans various departments or functions.
  • The trainee should persistently enhance their performance to excel during the 24-month probationary period, paving the way for a successful training program.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Complete training modules designed to develop the technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional skills
  • Rotate through different departments or functions within TMSA to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities
  • Shadow experienced employees to learn about their job duties
  • Engage in mentorship activities
  • Gain exposure to diverse projects
  • Collaborate with other departments or functions to solve problems, address challenges, and implement the best solutions
  • Contribute ideas, suggestions, and views to discussions
  • Constantly seek feedback and guidance from supervisors, mentors, and peers to continuously improve your performance and skills
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

HSEQ

To effectively manage and minimize HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:

  • Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guidelines, and legal requirements
  • Promotion of a safe working environment and positively contributing to the company’s HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies

That HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility
