This four-week intensive leadership program is a collaboration between the Trevor Noah Foundation and the Regional Leadership Center (RLC) East Africa, hosted at Kenyatta University.

Location: Regional Leadership Center East Africa, Kenyatta University (in-person or hybrid modality details to be confirmed)
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 18 to 35 years old
- Be a citizen of an East African country
- Be actively engaged in the education sector in some capacity
- Have demonstrated leadership experience and a commitment to improving education outcomes
- Be able to fully commit to the 4-week training period
Individuals from rural, refugee, and underrepresented minority communities are strongly encouraged to apply.
