Call for Applications: Zenith Bank Pitching Competition for Nigerian Startups ($30,000 in Cash Prizes)

The Zenith Bank Pitching Competition seeks to identify, reward, and provide mentorship support for scalable Nigerian startups whose business solutions have the potential to reshape the Future of Business in Africa.

10 Startups will be chosen to join the program and receive support and training to pitch at the Zenith Bank Tech Fair where the competition will be held.

The startups offering the following services can apply: 

Your product leverages innovative technology to solve issues in one of the following focus areas: Wholesale and retail

  • eCommerce
  • Payments
  • Lending
  • Wellness
  •  Cybersecurity
  •  EdTech
  • Electricity (power vending)
  • AgriTech
  • You have a demonstrable product or service (MVP) or can demonstrate the viability of the business model.
  • You haven’t received more than $75,000 in funding since you launched your startup.

Program Benefits:

✓ Cash Prizes: Winner (#15,000,000), 2nd place (#10,000,00), and 3rd place (#5,000,000)

The rest of the 10 startups (4th – 10th) will be awarded a participatory prize of N1m (One million naira) each.

✓ Pitch Training

✓ Capacity Building Workshops

Application Dates: November 7 – 14, 2022

Announcement: November 16

Competition Date: November 22-23
