Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive field monitoring activities and site visits in designated sites.
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Engage with local communities, partners, and beneficiaries.
Prepare detailed reports in line with our standards and guidelines.
Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and protocols.
Eligibility
WASH Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Water, Sanitation, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in WASH-related roles within humanitarian or development settings.
Health Experts (HIV): Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HIV program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.
Nutrition Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in nutrition program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.
Education Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in education program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.
Child Protection Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Law, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in child protection program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.

Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of the local context in the specified countries.
Experience working with international organizations is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an advantage.
Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex work projects.
