EVERYONE IS UNDER PRESSURE

Somebody is under pressure because they need a job, another is under pressure because their job is getting on their last nerve. A student is under pressure from taking a test, the teachers are under pressure from expenses that their salaries may not cover. Someone is under pressure because they can’t find a house, another person is under pressure because the house they’re in is too big for them, it hunts them. Someone is under pressure to find a spouse, another person persons spouse is getting on their last nerve!
Asking God to take pressure away from you is asking him take away from this earth. The authors of “A love affair with Failure” put it this way – Real life throws punches. No matter how well you duck, you are going to get hit in the face and if you are not mentally prepared for that, you are going to throw in the towel. – Dr. Akintoye Akindele and Olakunle Soriyan
Frustration is a result of failed expectations which leads to throwing us under pressure and then translates to anxiety.
Anxiety, pressure? All that can be done away with by an individual. It’s a matter of perspective. The conjoining perspective should be that the pressure is meant to develop you.
You have to learn to build thick skin to not allow the pressures of life to get to you.
How is this even possible you make ask.
Well, it isn’t. But someone once said that if you have fear, then you might as well do it scared.
Doing it scared will eventually liberate your mind from any thought of failure around whatever it is that you are supposed to do and ultimately lead you to living a healthy, balanced, and productive life.
