Flaw—Flawed—Flawless. Do not think further; I am not talking about Comparative and Superlative English here. It is just that before you become FLAWLESS, you must be FLAWED or you must have a FLAW.
Now, according to the Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary, a Flaw could be an error or fault that limits a system from working correctly or less attractive. Although I will be elaborating FLAWS by SMEs and Organizations which could also be a system. A system is such that it has a product or service. In our world today, if you were asked – do you choose to make errors, it would be a No-No! answer. However, this is inevitably a phenomenon. As long as we are humans and not God, we will make mistakes but not always as we have the ability to learn and repent from our errors. Certainly, flaws are like failures and failure is the way to win. Just as a football club, so are organizations and SMEs. There will always be ups and downs (flaws) on the way to success. It is never a clear path. But any SMES or organization who sees flaws as an available way to capitalize and capture, there you are!!

Now, the truth is that no one likes to make mistakes and this is inevitable, it will continue to be. The fear of making flaws is already a flaw. In the operations and affairs of SMEs and Corporations, there could be various flaws that are made –some to honor and some to dishonor. Just as there are positive sides of a phase, there are similarly negative flaws. How to make a flaw that will not lead to dishonor is what this blog entails even now. You see, one thing as an SMES or an Organization is to never lose the regard | trust | and loyalty of your customers, clients or patronage they have on your brand. Seeking Feedback from Customer and Critic – before you listen to normal Critic, just pay attention to customers/clients who have had a taste of your product or service. No sick person will seek advice from an Engineer nor a Surveyor seek counsel from a Physician. Your customers are the backbone of any Organization or Enterprise and without them, your product or service is in vain. Obviously, the essence of any product or service is to solve the problems of people who are experiencing difficulty in a particular area – could be those seeking for ways to simplify their problems (even as producers). When your business or organization is flawed in an aspect of operations or affairs, it is expedient to consult customers and clients before critic. Start by asking out what they DO NOT LIKE about your product or service and not what THEY DO LIKE (as this masks the problems). Get to hear from them what they would love to see or an improvement on a particular service rendered. This will grant any enterprise results worthy of growth
Hire / Recruit Value-Oriented Skills – When you see people like Mark Zuckerberg preaching about the system of your recruitment process or hiring of various skills into your organization or enterprise, it is very clear that he is a critical thinker. Apart from a brand identity (for instance – Peak Milk / Julius Berger), your workers are a sub-identity of the brand. Meaning this – If your brand does not give a message to a particular sector of the public, your workers always will. Just as quality blocks make good structure, a good workplace ecosystem is what will give your brand a strong identity and not a taint image to the globe and this is a very salient sector for organizational or business growth

The kind of information you consume is what will shape your thinking so as to shape your organization or enterprise identity further. Apart from getting talented hires through vacancy alerts, it is advisable to read articles and blogs from notable sources such as Tech Cabal and MSME Africa. Endeavor to sign up for their newsletters and get inclined to their community gist. There is only one thing that will ascertain the progress of your brand (organization or enterprise) – Acting on the information given. Follow reputable platforms on their social handles so as to get aware of the latest trends in technology, business, and education even government policies. Through this strategy of acting on RELEVANT INFORMATION, there is bound to be guaranteed growth.
Additionally, ensure that operations in manufacturing processes are satisfactory to customers and the service delivery seamless to clients. As a Chief Executive Officer, get in touch with the: Head of Operations and Affairs (HR manager). Similarly, as Head of Operations, ensure accuracy in products and service delivery during operations so as to raise a positive image of the brand you represent. Even though it is tasking, as long as it will yield LONG TERM results not SHORT TERM gratification, thereby leading to growth – Anything that is good, DO IT
In conclusion, here’s a quote from A J Gordon – He said that he will keep on chasing perfection even though he falls at it than to chase imperfection and getting it. Truth be told, we all are humans by the Creator and this quote will have different meaning to various specie of individuals. Could you see it this way? – Imperfection is easy to get, so it is out of the equation. Perfection is hard to get, so let us dissect it – if you chase perfection, is there any chance to be perfectly perfect? (_Question for You_) but, chasing “Perfection brings Excellence” and before you chase perfection, check your time, do not chase perfection at deadlines and anticipate excellence; though if you chase imperfection at deadlines, you should get what you see. Nevertheless, as your Enterprise or Organization keeps on evolving, chasing perfection will be draining so as not to meet up with competitors. So, in this case, just get it done anyway but not anyhow, and also seek ways to improve and innovate. In this way, growth is a possibility
