Global Solvers Accelerator 2026 Melton Foundation Leadership Program for Social Innovators

The Melton Foundation invites emerging leaders and social innovators from around the world to apply for its Global Solvers Accelerator 2026—an eight-month immersive program designed to strengthen social impact projects, develop leadership capacity, and connect you to a global network of change-makers.

The program includes thematic modules, peer-to-peer learning, expert mentorship, and a fully sponsored in-person Co-Lab meet-up in Accra, Ghana.

 Who Should Apply

  • Individuals aged 20-35 who are actively involved in or leading a social impact initiative.
  • Changemakers with passion for advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and willingness to collaborate globally.
  • Projects at any stage (planning or implementation) but with real community or system-level impact potential.

 What You’ll Receive

  • Eight-month interactive leadership journey featuring monthly modules, practical assignments, and collaboration across cultures.
  • A fully-sponsored in-person Co-Lab gathering in Accra, Ghana (for selected participants).
  • Entry into a lifelong fellowship network of Melton Fellows (over 600 globally) for continued support, collaboration and global opportunities.

  • Program duration: April – November 2026 (approximate)
