Jobberman launches ‘Jobberman Starter Promo’ for entry-level employees
Share

Jobberman, an online Job platform has launched an employer-centric project called ‘Jobberman Starter’ Promo’ with the goal of promoting employment growth and creating an enabling environment for businesses wishing to develop young talents.

The initiative, which was just announced, is a spinoff of its ongoing collaboration with Young Africa Works of the Mastercard Foundation. It will give businesses three months to post jobs that call for 0 to 3 years of experience using Jobberman’s job listing product at no cost.

The platform stated that it has supported mass hiring, entry-level positions, internships, and graduate-level positions over the years in order to close the gap between increasing applicant uptake and facilitating entrance into businesses.

By providing free credit listing for the position, the Jobberman beginning Promo seeks to draw employers interested in placing entry-level job listings on the platform.

With its partnership with Mastercard Foundation, the mission is to upskill over a million Nigerian youths, matching them with dignified job opportunities.

Speaking on this, Mr Oreoluwa Boboye, CEO of Jobberman, said, “We are West Africa’s number one career platform because we ensure that we connect the right candidates with the right opportunities. We have built careers over the years and will continue to support Nigerian youth with the right employment opportunities.”

“With our experience and level of expertise, we have identified the gaps in improving candidates; uptake into companies and seek to remove the barriers.

“This is why we launched the Jobberman Starter Promo. With this, we will bridge the gap between employers in Nigeria and the entry-level job seekers in the country,” he noted.

The African Workforce Company, a collection of pan-African companies working together to find original, indigenous solutions to Africa’s talent shortage, includes Jobberman Nigeria.

The Jobberman Starter Promo project and its collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation further the company’s dedication to addressing talent challenges in the nation and assisting in lowering the unemployment rate in Nigeria.

Jobberman has urged candidates who are interested in the project to visit www.jobberman.com/employer/entrylevel and get involved in order to continue becoming Nigeria’s most user-centric and transparent career platform.
