The Kwara State Government has announced the opening of the application portal for the Kwara NG-CARES for MSMEs, available for 14 days from June 25 to July 8, 2024. This follows Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s approval to reopen the registration portal for the third phase of the Operational Support Grant.

A statement from the Governor’s Office highlighted Governor Abdulrazaq’s commitment to empowering MSMEs and fostering a vibrant ecosystem for their growth.

“We encourage all Nano, Micro, and Small-Scale business owners in Kwara State with physically verifiable existing businesses to seize this opportunity to register and access the operational grant support,” the statement read.

Business owners can apply by visiting the online application portal at [www.kwaracaresformsme.com](http://www.kwaracaresformsme.com) and submitting all necessary evidence of business existence.

Eligible businesses across the 16 local government areas must provide:

– A picture of the business with the owner

– Shop rent receipt (if applicable)

– Utility bill (if applicable)

– Evidence of payment of staff salary/payroll (if applicable)

– Business Registration Certificate (if applicable)

For more information, applicants can visit the office at Fate Road beside Fresh Hotel along Shoprite or call 08168587610.
