LAPO Microfinance Rewards Customers with N5 Million in Xpress Savings Promo Season Two

LAPO Microfinance Bank has awarded 101 of its customers with cash prizes totaling N5 million in the second season of its Xpress Savings Promo. The promo garnered over N1.8 billion in deposits during the period.

Dorcas Thrope, Head Corporate Planning at LAPO Microfinance Bank, highlighted the increased participation in season two, with the bank recording N1.8 billion in savings by customers over the three-month duration of the promo.

During the draw held in Lagos, 100 customers received a consolation prize of N40,000 each, while one lucky winner bagged the star prize of N1 million. Customers qualified for the promo by saving N10,000 every month for three months, maintaining a balance of N30,000 at the end of the period.

Thrope expressed satisfaction with the significant increase in customers and savings, indicating the growing awareness of LAPO Microfinance Bank as a safe place for funds. She emphasized the bank’s commitment to rewarding customers for their savings habits and looked forward to the upcoming season three.

Gloria Bako, Executive Director Corporate Services, reiterated the purpose of the Xpress Savings Promo: to encourage and appreciate loyal clients. She highlighted the doubling of prizes compared to the previous season, signaling an exciting and engaging season three ahead. Bako assured both existing and prospective customers that LAPO Microfinance Bank remains a secure destination for savings with guaranteed benefits.
