In a move to advance Nigeria’s digital transformation under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) hosted a Stakeholders Engagement and Ecosystem Development forum at the International Convention Centre, Awka, Anambra State.

Representing the NITDA Director General, Kashifu Inuwa, Mr. Akinwale Olugbenga, Deputy Director of Zonal Offices Coordination, delivered the welcome address, emphasizing the importance of collaboration for achieving a robust tech ecosystem.

Themed “Creating Opportunities, Breaking Boundaries: Towards Digitisation and Entrepreneurial Evolution,” the event convened key players from the public and private sectors, alongside academia. Discussions centered on fostering opportunities and innovation to break barriers in Nigeria’s journey toward a fully digitized economy.

The forum marks a significant step in aligning the nation’s tech growth with global trends, creating an inclusive environment for entrepreneurship and digital advancement.
