Society for Corporate Governance in Nigeria cordially invites Entrepreneurs to attend Roundtable on Corporate Governance in Startups.

The event is aimed at holding discussions around the state of corporate governance in start-ups, and seeks to help startups understand the role corporate governance plays in business sustainability and prosperity.

This is the foundation that will be laid for future discussions around how start-ups can incorporate the right corporate governance structures in their establishments.

The speakers for the event are:

Mr. Idris Bello, Founder, LoftyInc Capital Management who will speak on ‘Governance Structure in Startups’ and Ms. Yemi Keri, Chief Executive Officer of Heckerbella Limited who will address the sub-topic, ‘Corporate Governance in Startups: Paving the Way for Business Sustainability’.
