In a remarkable display of commitment to sustainable societies, Sahara Group Foundation, the Personal and Corporate Social Responsibility arm of Sahara Group, has once again stepped forward to make a difference.
The Foundation recently donated state-of-the-art medical equipment to three prominent hospitals in Abuja: the National Hospital, Garki; Federal Medical Centre, Jabi; and Maitama District Hospital, Maitama.
The donated equipment comprises a variety of essential medical devices, including Dialysis Machines, Ventilators, Automatic Dialysis Chairs, Oxygen Tanks, ICU Medical Beds, Suction Units, Monitors, Medical Beds, ICU Medical Beds, and Drip stands, among others.
During the official handover ceremonies at the respective hospitals, Ejiro Gray, Director of Sahara Group Foundation, reiterated the Foundation’s dedication to creating a sustainable impact in communities.
Mr. Alex Cole, Executive Director of Sahara Group, highlighted the significance of community engagement and strategic partnerships between Sahara Group and institutions focused on improving lives.
Expressing heartfelt gratitude, Muhammad Raji Mahmud, Chief Medical Director of the National Hospital, Garki, thanked Sahara Group and Sahara Group Foundation for their commendable gesture. Similarly, Professor Saad Ahmed, Medical Director of the Federal Medical Centre, Jabi, emphasized the importance of such generous contributions.
Dr. Igbinovia Imuetinyan, Medical Director of Maitama District Hospital, praised Sahara Group Foundation for its exemplary social responsibility, highlighting the organization’s positive impact on society.
