Shecluded Request for Proposal (RFP): Partnership for Jobber Woman Program

Shecluded invites proposals from qualified organizations to partner on the Jobber Woman Program in the following categories:
– HR Firms – To facilitate job placements for the unemployed young women, aged 18 to 35 in various industries.
– Vocational Training Centres – To provide market-relevant skills training and support female trainees, aged 18 to 35 in generating income through self-employment or business ventures.
– Tech Firms – To enable job placements for female trainees, aged 18 to 35 or support them in generating income through freelancing opportunities.

Scope of Work:
Train and equip 3,000 unemployed young women with employable and entrepreneurial skills.
Facilitate job placements or income-generating opportunities for trained participants.
Provide mentorship and post-training support to ensure career growth and sustainability.
Collaborate with Shecluded in tracking impact and measuring program success.
Provide validation documents to show evidence that the beneficiary is earning at least N30,000 per month.

Payment Model: This program will operate on an outcome-based incentive model. Payments to partners will be structured based on the successful upskilling, job placement, and income generation of the participants. Training institutions will receive incentives upon successful certification of participants, while HR firms and tech partners will be compensated based on verified job placements and income-generating activities.

Program Duration (April to September 2025)
Proposal Submission:

Interested organizations should submit their proposals detailing their approach, experience, and capacity to execute the program. Proposals should include:
Company Profile
Proposed Strategy for Training/Job Placement including the target number of participants from the overall program target of 3,000.
Past Experience in Similar Programs
Expected Outcomes and Impact Measurement Plan
Budget and Resource Allocation
