Stanbic IBTC Launches FUZE Season 4 with N90 Million Prize Pool to Empower Nigerian Youth
Share

Stanbic IBTC Holdings has announced the launch of the fourth season of its flagship youth empowerment initiative,FUZE, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing Nigerian creativity and talent. This year’s edition, themed “The Ultimate Show,” promises to be the most impactful yet, with a significantly increased prize pool of N90 million—up from N50 million in the previous season.

Now in its fourth year, FUZE continues to serve as a vibrant platform for young Nigerians to showcase their skills across four core categories: music, dance, fashion, and tech. Since its inception, the platform has attracted more than 18,000 entries, establishing itself as one of the country’s leading channels for creative expression and talent development.

This season introduces an expanded format that blends competition with cultural storytelling and interactive audience participation. From viral remix contests to immersive story challenges, FUZE aims to create an inclusive, digitally driven experience inspired by global entertainment trends yet grounded in Nigeria’s youthful energy and culture.

According to Olumide Oyetan, Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, the initiative is deeply rooted in the company’s mission to drive youth-focused economic development. “At Stanbic IBTC, we remain steadfast in our commitment to initiatives that contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s socio-economic development, especially through the empowerment of young people,” he said. “This platform brings that belief to life by creating an environment where talent is discovered, nurtured, and elevated into opportunity.”

Also speaking on the new season, Acting Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc, Kunle Adedeji, noted that FUZE goes beyond performance—it provides young Nigerians with visibility and credibility in their respective industries.

“FUZE has always been more than just performance; it is about giving young people across Nigeria a credible, visible and powerful space to showcase who they are and what they can become. This season, we are doubling down on that promise by expanding the format, the prize pool and the reach,” Adedeji stated.

With its fourth season set to raise the bar for youth talent engagement, FUZE stands as a beacon of opportunity and innovation—empowering Nigeria’s next generation of stars to dream bigger and reach further.
