The eagerly anticipated Fuze festival hosted by Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers will take place at the Livespot Entertainment Centre, 4 Oba Elegushi Road, close to the Nike Art Gallery, Lekki.
When addressing the media on Monday in Lagos, Speaking through the Executive Director, Business Development, Nike Bajomo, Stanbic IBTC Pension Manager’s CEO Olumide Oyedun said the Fuze Festival is the first of its kind to engage the public, particularly the younger generation, in a variety of interests to support the realization of their dreams. The event reaffirmed the company’s commitment to advancing youth empowerment and economic empowerment in Nigeria. He claims that Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers “celebrate indigenous talents and encourage them to tap into their entrepreneurial and creative potential.” Through the talent hunt, the FUZE Festival offers a special chance to recognize and encourage young, brilliant Nigerians from all across the nation. It also gives entrepreneurs who receive free stalls at the event the chance to expand their businesses. The Stanbic IBTC team hopes that this social investment initiative will benefit society as a whole.
Following the successful conclusion of a pilot season of the FUZE talent show, which offers a platform for talented young people interested in music, dance, fashion, and technology Before the contestants begin their first performance on the main festival stage, the talent show winners will be announced. They will get industry exposure, mentoring opportunities, and seed money worth 32 million naira to support their business ventures and artistic careers.
A total of 32 million naira will be awarded for the four categories, with the first prize in each being 5 million naira, the second prize being 2 million naira, and the third prize being 1 million naira.
