TeKnowledge Launches AI-First Services and Cybersecurity Solutions to Drive Nigeria’s Digital Transformation
Share

In a bold move to advance Nigeria’s digital landscape, TeKnowledge has launched its AI-First Expert Technology Services and unveiled a refreshed brand identity, positioning itself at the forefront of enterprise and national transformation across Africa. The announcement came during the TeKnowledge Nigeria CxO Summit 2025, held at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos, as the company marked seven years of impactful operations in Nigeria.

The summit brought together public and private sector leaders to discuss the future of AI, cybersecurity, and digital growth in Nigeria. Central to TeKnowledge’s renewed strategy is its commitment to cybersecurity, anchored by its Security Operations Centre in Nigeria. The company’s AI-powered systems offer real-time threat detection, predictive capabilities, and responsive security, ensuring clients can maintain trust and operational continuity in an increasingly volatile digital environment.

TeKnowledge emphasized that in today’s interconnected world, trust is built through secure and seamless user experiences. By embedding cybersecurity into its core offerings, the company aims to enhance client resilience and improve customer satisfaction across sectors.

“This is an exciting milestone—one that reflects how far TeKnowledge has come and the future we’re building together with our ecosystem,” said Olugbolahan Olusanya, Africa Territory Director at TeKnowledge. “Our AI-First Expert Technology Services model is grounded in people, trust, and progress.”

The summit celebrated Nigeria’s unique legacy of innovation, from historical trade centers and the fintech revolution to its growing leadership in artificial intelligence. While applauding the government and private sector for their contributions, TeKnowledge acknowledged persistent challenges such as fragmented digital systems, a shortage of AI-specific talent, and the need for clearer regulatory frameworks.

Referencing Nigeria’s National AI Strategy, TeKnowledge highlighted the urgency for cross-sector collaboration to ensure that AI-driven growth is inclusive and sustainable. Its AI-First model is designed to help organizations move from ambition to execution by delivering ethical, relevant, and durable digital solutions.

With a workforce of over 6,000 experts across 19 global hubs, and more than 2,000 professionals in Nigeria alone, TeKnowledge combines global scale with local expertise. Over 70 percent of its team is certified in key platforms such as Microsoft and Genesys, reflecting its dedication to technical excellence and continuous learning.

TeKnowledge has trained thousands in AI competencies, including over 7,000 Nigerians and more than 1,000 women through its collaborative programs with Microsoft. Currently serving over 40 Nigerian organizations, the company provides digital transformation, managed services, and workforce skilling solutions tailored to the country’s evolving needs.

As the company’s largest global hub, Nigeria plays a central role in TeKnowledge’s vision to build sustainable digital ecosystems and redefine the continent’s technological future.
