Unity Bank Customers Claim Over N4 Million in Cash Rewards Through Cashtoken Loyalty Program
Share

Unity Bank’s loyalty program, in partnership with Cashtoken Rewards Africa, has awarded over N4 million in cash rewards to its customers. This initiative, launched in December 2023, aims to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage the adoption of digital banking platforms.

Highlights of the Loyalty Program

– Cash Rewards: Over 40 customers have received cash rewards for using Unity Bank’s digital platforms, including the UniFi mobile banking application, the *7799# USSD platform, and Unity Bank Verve Card transactions.

– Loyalty Scheme: The program allows customers to earn cash tokens through transactions. These tokens qualify them for monthly Cashtoken Rewards draws, where winners emerge to claim cash prizes.

– Customer Engagement: The initiative is designed to reward customer loyalty and migrate users to a platform that continuously offers exciting rewards.

Eghomware Iyamu, Head of E-Business at Unity Bank, expressed excitement over the success of the program, stating, “We are excited to see our customers win over N4 million in cash rewards through our partnership with Cashtoken. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the loyalty of our customers.”

Digital Banking Platforms

Unity Bank offers a range of electronic banking products, including:

– UniFi Mobile Banking Application: A user-friendly app for seamless banking transactions.

– 7799# USSD Platform: A quick and convenient way to perform banking operations via mobile phones.

– Unity Bank Verve Card: Enables transactions on e-payment terminals across Nigeria.

Invitation to Customers

The bank invites new customers to open accounts and use its digital platforms to earn rewards. Existing customers are encouraged to continue transacting digitally to win more rewards and cash prizes.

Unity Bank’s partnership with Cashtoken Rewards Africa underscores its dedication to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
