Feyisola Maru reveals why customers are always right even when they are wrong

The “Customer is always right” is a global slogan which exhorts service staff to give a high priority to customer satisfaction and has transcended business services for ages.

However, the slogan has also been a never-ending debatable topic amongst seasoned entrepreneurs and business analysts.

Lead Consultant and Founder of AMARSORL Africa – a customer experience consulting firm, Feyisola Maru in an interview with MSME Africa on its weekly Enterprise Chat webinar has provided strong reasons why customers are always right even when they are wrong.
