The Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development (YLEAD) Fellowship is a flagship program of iKapture Centre for Development which has impacted young people in the South-South region of Nigeria over the last 10 years. To mark its 10th Anniversary, the fellowship is extending to the 36 states + FCT with the goal of reaching more young people. The Virtual program provides a platform for young people to learn from experienced thought leaders, share knowledge with changemakers, and also create meaningful networks and changes in their lives and in their communities.

YLEAD is an innovative solution to the dearth of skills among young people. It seeks to enhance learning and engage students in the most productive method while preparing them for career and higher education. The program offers well-developed modules and content on areas such as Self Awareness, Purpose Discovery, Emotional Intelligence, Goal Setting, Time Management, Etiquette, Ethics and Values amongst others.
