She Leads Africa introduces the groundbreaking SLA Level Up Program, a transformative 2-year initiative designed to empower over 1500 Nigerian women. This comprehensive program offers tailored pathways, ‘EmployHer’ for graduates and young professionals, and ‘Bosspreneur’ for entrepreneurs, addressing the unique challenges faced by women in their professional and entrepreneurial journeys.

The Employability Pathway (EmployHer) provides rigorous training modules, personalized career readiness programs, and strategic job matching, aiming to equip graduates with essential skills and confidence for the job market. On the other hand, the Entrepreneur Pathway (Bosspreneur) focuses on upscaling business structures, comprehensive mentorship, training for funding, and enhancing operational capacity for over three hundred women entrepreneurs.

Going beyond traditional training, the SLA Level Up Program adopts a dynamic and holistic approach, ensuring graduates become confident professionals with in-demand skills. Simultaneously, the Entrepreneur Pathway propels women entrepreneurs to amplify their business brilliance, attract funding, scale operations, and contribute to boosting the employment rate in Nigeria.
