BCG is committed to growing and supporting top talent from groups currently underrepresented in consulting, and the Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program aims to do just that. GFL is a 10-week immersive summer internship program for Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native students. This program aims to support and develop students from these groups as they prepare to become leaders in consulting and the global business community.

In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG case team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a scholarship & offer to return as a Summer Associate following their junior (third year).
